パンのレシピ習作

ハードパンのレシピ。習作。材料全粒粉 500 g 水 300 ml ドライイースト 6 g 塩小匙 5杯手順材料を全部混ぜ、表面が滑らかになるまで捏ねる。表面が滑らかになったらボール状にし、約1時間30分発酵させる。ナイフ等で表面に切れ目を入れ、オーブンを210度に予熱し、32分焼く。完成図備考：塩小匙 5杯は多すぎ…、ちょいと辛い。小匙 2杯程度でいいかな。（次試してみる予定。）

久々に。黄色く塗られちゃったアレです。中身は昔のまんま。 Local trains in Sanyo-Line are painted simple yellow color. JR-west said that this is to reduce maintenance cost.
